Machnet was founded by a team with deep fintech and financial services experience. We have raised $1M+ to date from the super angels and financing round and will be raising our super seed round by Q2 2022.

The Role

We are looking for a high-energy Product Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in guiding our product design and development. From finding solutions to core problems in the industry to working with talented teams across Machnet and global partners to bring the solutions to life, there will never be a dull day. This position is based in Kathmandu, Nepal but we are open to exploring remote working with outstanding candidates. You will be a high-impact player, helping us build a transformative global Fintech.

Requirements
  • Gathering requirements from stakeholders as per the roadmap and reviewing Business Requirement Documents to formulate Product Requirement Documents
  • Writing requirements typically in the form of user stories and epics
  • Liaisoning between stakeholders and development team during the design, development, and review process
  • Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
  • Coordinating with appropriate teams to ensure development output meets the specified requirements 
  • Monitor and evaluate development progress and ensure timely delivery
  • Track releases and communicate with stakeholders accordingly
  • Maintain and prioritize product backlog based on the product roadmap and vision
  • Maintain product requirement and implementation documentation along with the engineering manager
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews, and retrospective
  • Assisting management with analyses and reports on product performance and market trends 
What are we looking for?
  • Interest and experience in Financial Technology
  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience
