The Role

The successful candidate will play a critical role in assuring delivery of high quality fintech products with an opportunity to learn from senior members. We provide the flexibility to work from home or collaborate at our office location. This role will be a high impact role, helping us build an innovative solution for our growth. Requirements
  • Managing and designing the reporting environment including data sources.
  • Utilize automated tools to extract data from various sources such as databases, CSV files, spreadsheets etc.
  • Utilize statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in data sets and utilize it for interpretation.
  • Conduct analysis on the data set to assess the quality and meaning of data.
  • Prepare reports for clients and internals departments stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data sets.
  • Analyze data sets and prepare reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends. 
  • Identifying and revising reporting requirements.
What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Finance or Computer Science. Related degrees are great but we care more about your zeal and communication skills than a diploma.
  • Knowledge of data visualization software preferably Tableau. 
  • Should be able to interpret financial data, charts and communicate the findings efficiently.
  • Additionally, knowledge in Excel is a must. Skill in VBA is a plus.
  • Knowledge in DBMS, Stata/ SPSS is a plus.
  • Should be able to conduct qualitative and quantitative Market research.
  • Knowledge of database and programming language such as SQL, Python etc. is a plus.
  • Knowledge of how to create and apply the most accurate algorithms to datasets in order to find solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
