The Role

We are looking to add an Accounts Executive to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be playing a pivotal role in the growth of the company. The selected candidate will come in and take over lots of day-to-day accounting tasks, and support the financial functioning of the company.   • Recording financial transactions using accounting software used by the Company in accordance with its Financial Policy.
  • Gathering, recording and documenting every accounting and financial documents and details
  • Raising invoices on all clients and ensuring receipt of payments from Clients.
  • Ensure timely payment of the invoices received from the vendors
  • Monitoring and tracking all receivable and payables of the Company
  • Identify and implement legal and regulatory changes in tax laws in the business course of action. 
  • Prepare and process payroll and maintain other related tax documents as required.
  • Summarizing current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
  • Preparing periodic financial reports and other ad-hoc reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Preparing, updating and submitting budget and budget variation reports on a periodic basis.
  • Gathering information to estimate fund requirement of Company offices and preparing fund requisition statements for collection of funds.
  • Facilitating finance onboarding of new clients and employees.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, management, or related field.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial statement and periodicals
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools will be an advantage.
